Association President Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order.

Wayne Deckard: Our Christmas Party will be held in the middle of December. It will be a buffet dinner, starting at 7 p.m. We will not be buying alcohol, but you can purchase your own drinks. We will have a short business meeting and a safety seminar.

We have a new membership application, Phil Chappell, owner of Jump Indy, and his partner, Rob Chappell.

Treasurer's Report: We have $8,800 in the bank but we will owe for the fuel we just brought in.

Roy Dawes: The snow plow is now running.

Next regular meeting is December 17, at 3 p.m.
