The meeting was held at Squealers restaurant in Indianapolis, IN. Association President Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order.

NEW BUSINESS: Wayne Deckard announced a confidential poll, asking members for their preference on how the association proceeds in negotiations with the Jump Indy skydive organization. 15 polls were collected at the meeting; association secretary Michael Mossman will mail polls to members who were not able to attend. Polls must be turned in to the airport office no later that Saturday, December 17, 2005, prior to the 3:00 p.m. regular business meeting.

SAFETY SEMINAR: The association provided fuel sample testers and carbon monoxide indicators. Wayne Deckard reminded members that with winter operation the risk of water condensation increases, and continued use of aircraft cabin heaters may cause carbon monoxide levels to rise to unsafe levels.

John Snyder motioned to close the business portion of the meeting; Roy Dawes seconded. Motion passed by voice vote. Meeting adjourned.
