Wayne Deckard: We received a new batch of fuel; our cost is about $3.45 to $3.55, depending on the delivery cost. We will be selling it to members at $3.60 for now. If our final cost is different we will adjust it.

Chad Williams: Treasurer's Report - $3,977.97 in account. We have some members that are seriously in arrears for hangar rents. Request that the secretary send a certified letter to them asking that they catch up. We will request their intentions in writing.

Wayne Deckard: Gene's john Deere tractor is down. We told him to buy the parts and the club will pay for them.

Wayne Deckard: It is now time to hold the club election.

ELECTION RESULTS:
President: Wayne Deckard, 11 votes, none opposed
Vice President: Roy Dawes, 11 votes, none opposed
Secretary: Michael Mossman, 11 votes, none opposed
Treasurer: Chad Williams, 11 votes, none opposed
Board of Directors: Gene Hollingsworth, 11 votes, none opposed
Board of Directors: Larry Poe, 11 votes, none opposed
Board of Directors: Gary Rogers, 11 votes, none opposed

Chad Williams: Our current volunteer system is not working. It seems like just a few of the members are mowing the grass, etc. Some of the guys like Gene Hollingsworth and Charlie Westerfield are bearing some expenses by providing their professional equipment to maintain the property. I motion that we allow compensation for Hollingsworth and Westerfield for mowing the property or for the use of their equipment. Chuck Leucht seconded. By voice vote all present were in favor. MOTION PASSED.

Chad Williams will contact the Hendersons and notify them that we have some mowing equipment that needs repairs.

Wayne Deckard: There will be no ATA flights to Oshkosh this year. Dick Patterson says that there are many people in the area that won't be able to go to Oshkosh because of the cancellation. The 401 will be ready to go for several trips. Expect that expense sharing will run about $100 per person. If you know of anyone who wnats a ride ask them to call me.

Wayne Deckard motioned to adjourn; Chuck Leucht seconded. All voted to adjourn.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
