2. Need someone to clean up around the water tank. Chuck Leucht volunteered.

3. Fix antenna on unicom radio. Wire is probably broken at the antenna end. Chad Williams volunteered.

4. Water leak over Jack Snyder's airplane. Pipes stay shut off for the winter. If someone wants to replace them we should plumb in PVC and get rid of the metal pipes.

5. Maintenance hangar needs electrical repair. Michael Mossman volunteered.

6. We a party to scrape and paint dump truck. Gary Rogers will coordinate a team.

7. Carburetor will need to come off for rebuild. Wayne has rebuild kit. Brakes and hydraulic system in good shape.

8. Dump truck tank and lines need checked.

9. Two runways lights out. Ask Jack Snyder if he knows where the parts came from. We need fixtures and breakoff sticks for them. We'll continue to knock off a few when mowing.

10. MTD mower is now running. Needs battery

11. With October close be sure you are tied down and secure for winter.

12. Send certified letter on RANS for back rent. State that we will publish an ad in the paper. Mike Jackson will contact the owner.

Additional Business:

1. Gene repaired the fuel tank on old Farmall tractor

2. Ford tractor with the gear transmission suitable for snow plow.

3. Empty hangar spots are getting filled. There is more interest in coming here.

4. Fuel price: Currently $3.60 per gallon

5. We have about 2,000 gallons of fuel in the tanks

Treasurer's Report: $7,781.38 in bank; we will owe Brentco about $5,000 of that for fuel. Rent is caught up on old moldy; Gary Rogers bought it and paid off the back rent.

General discussion of retailing fuel in a year or two.

Wayne Deckard: Annuals are coming up in the shop. Check for solvents, floor Dry, etc. We will need someone to put up rules. Michael Mossman volunteered; club will vote on the rules at the October meeting. Suggested: $10 per day until their mess is cleaned up. Suggestion: Deposit on maintenance hangar.

Charles Westerfield: Would it be beneficial for the club to buy a membership to Costco or Sam's Club? Concensus was that we don't buy in bulk very often, but we have several members who already have memberships. No action taken.

Phil Kingery: Thanks to all who helped with my trike accident. The wing fabric is OK to for members to use for salvage materials.

Chad Williams motioned to adjourn; Chuck Leucht seconded. All voted in favor to adjourn.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
