TOPIC OF DISCUSSION: Guy with trike aircraft parking in a hangar.

Wayne Deckard: He needs to join the association and pay regular hangar fees. We shouldn't change any rules. We might treat him like a transient and charge $5.00 per night hangar rent with no fuel or maintenance privileges.

Wayne Deckard: Motion: if a transient pilot wants to stay in a hangar, the rent is $5.00 pernight, based on availability. No fuel or maintenance hangar privileges will be extended. Maximum stay is 30 days per occurrance. Club reserves the right to cancel at anytime.

Charles Westerfield seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Wayne Deckard: Check your mags for proper grounding, This is a safety issue. Check for tires and brakes. Watch for birds, as they are nesting now.

Wayne Deckard: At the next meeting we will have more information on possible date changes for the Affordable Flying event.

Wayne Deckard: Maurice Hobson needs to have some 15-to-16-year-old kids to send to Oshkosh. See Wayne Deckard for more details.

Roy Dawes: Two asphalt companies have not gotten back with quotes for repairs or resurfacing of the runway. I will work on that further.

Wayne Deckard: Any maintenance issues get in writing to Wayne.

Chuck Leucht: We need to recognize Erick Roldan for fixing a mower and doing a nice job with it.
