We need to move the gravel from in front of Steve McClure's hangar to the other hangars.

Wayne Deckard: If the club is interested in taking over ownership of the airport, two people are needed to put together a business plan to go to a lending institution.

Erick Roldan: We need to generate additional revenue from the unused land to help pay for the project.

Chuck Leucht: On October 11, Greencastle Airport is hosting an auction. If you want to auction your aircraft, it must be there 10 days prior for inspection.

Chuck Leucht: Boone County 4-H Fair is now in progress. Be good neighbors; do not fly over the field

Chad Williams Treasurer's Report; We have $4,038.42 in the account with another $1,500 to deposit. We are low on fuel and will have to pay for the fuel we recently used.

Chad Williams Affordable Flying Report: Event cost $2,365.14, brought in $900. Last year we only brought in about $600. We also paid $353.34 for runway paint.

Wayne Deckard: South fuel pump is empty.

Michael Mossman: Conducting elections: Besides the incumbents, we have had only one person step forward as a candidate for an office or board position. We did not receive any mail-in ballots. Election results:
