The meeting was brought to order by club Treasurer Chad Williams at approximately 3 p.m.

Treasurer's Report: $5,512.00 even. Some members pre-paid their rent for a full year, which has helped the cash flow. We will transfer some of the money to savings. Fuel supply looks good; our price is $3.80 per gallon. Other airports are in the $4.50 per gallon range and up.

Chad Williams: Dog Roast is tonight. Some will be camping out.

Two new members and hangar tenants: Jerry Shrewsberry bought a Cherokee 140 and is fixing up hangar 4. Charles Rice has a Cherokee and has moved into Old Moldy's hangar. It may be for sale; it is currently out of annual.

Thanks to the mowing crew for keeping the property in such good shape.

Erick Roldan is making progress on Jerry Kirkpatrick's RANS aircraft. He continues to make calls to Jerry but is getting no call back. Michael Mossman told Erick that since Kirkpatrick is in good standing with the club we cannot take action against him on Roldan's behalf.

Roy Dawes: Jack Snyder had someone look at the runway is a getting an estimate for patches.

Chuck Leucht motioned to adjourn; Gary Rogers seconded. All voted in favor. At the meeting was adjourned, members who planned on camping at Lee Bottom Field on September 28 met for preliminary planning.
