Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Wayne Deckard: We had some wind damage out here this week. Mark Hyten's airplane was damaged; his cowling was on but not fastened all the way down. You need to keep things fastened down tightly during the windy weather. Also check for loose panels on the hangars. We risk not only damaging your airplane but that of your neighbors.

The runway lights all appear to be working. Please check them after dark and report any that need to be replaced.

Wayne Deckard: We are building a pilot info center in the old office. We will have a new computer and better internet connections. Jim Kouns donated the computer, will access internet with a data card. We are also considering a wireless box.

Michael Mossman: My company is closing the Indianapolis office and has some office furnishings for sale. Proceeds will go to BCAA for improvements, potentially for the pilot's office.

John Komnick: Be aware that there will be a TFR on Sunday due to Obama being in Indianapolis. It will be a "no fly" from 4-8 for 30 NM surrounding Indianapolis International.

Wayne Deckard: We are almost out of fuel. We have more on order but it will be a couple weeks before it arrvies. In the meantime, the cheapest fuel is at Eagle Creek for $3.60.

Treasurer's Report: Michael Mossman said that Chad Williams reported approximately $7,000 in the accounts, of which about $4,000 was for the fuel bill. We have some members who are in arrears with their accounts and we will them privately.

Wayne Deckard: We have some concrete that needs to be repaired, but we will need to build up our funds first. Also, we will need to light the wind sock on the north end of the runway.

New Member introduced: Jimmy Laser, who bought a Cherokee 180 with his father, Jim Laser. Both are taking flight instruction from John Komnick.

John Komnick motioned to adjourn; Chuck Leucht seconded. Meeting adjourned.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
