Chad Williams brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Chad Williams: We have about 150 gallons of fuel left, and with the projected activity this weekend we will be just about out. We have called Brentco to order more fuel but they won't schedule anything until we pay our share. We need members to send in their checks and catch up their fuel bills so we can get more fuel ordered.

Chad Williams: Winter is coming, check your tie-down ropes.

Chad Williams: We had a meeting scheduled for last Thursday with the property owners but it has been re-scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. Wayne Deckard, Andy Henderson and Chad Williams will be at the meeting to work on the new lease agreement for the coming year.

Treasurer's Report: $6,629.06 in the account, of which at least $4,500 is owed to Brentco for fuel.

Christmas Party: Will be in January again this year. Bring your ideas for where we can go to the next meeting. We have had a couple of people say they liked K&R Hog Wild Barbecue in Lebanon; we need someone to check it out.

Wayne Deckard: The property owners want us to issue a check of our December rent of $1,750; in turn they will issue us a check for $1,750 to contribute to the runway repair.

Wayne Deckard: We appreciate all of the help on the runway repair a couple of weeks ago. Tom Rich brought some equipment, which really helped a lot.

Wayne Deckard: Make sure there is no loose stuff around your hangars. Tie up your trash cans and empty them before winter. Check your cowlings. Check that your engine heater plug-ins are OK and keep them off of the ground and out of water. Check for mice on a regular basis; birds are not a problem this time of year. Be sure to drain the water out of any hoses and pipes before we get a good freeze.

Chad Williams: The office propane tank is about 30% full; the maintenance hangar tank is empty. We will not be ordering fuel for the maintenance hangar yet. If you will be using the maintenance hangar for an annual and need it heated, check with Chad so we can get some fuel ordered.

Chad Williams' father is donating an old computer to the club; it has Windows XP.

Roy Dawes is donating a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner, as the club's old cleaner is dead.

Guest Jim Campbell: An instructor for 30 years, no plans at current time but looking for perhaps an partnership.

John Mullenax: May be getting out of aviation, as he is approaching 80 and doesn't think he will be able to get insurance.

Chad Williams motioned to adjourn; John Snyder seconded. All voted in favor to adjourn.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Michael Mossman, Association Secretary
