Aircraft Re-Registration: Wayne Deckard spoke of aircraft re-registration, as required by the FAA. It is the owner's responsibility to keep on top of the requirements. Wayne asked Chad Williams to check the FAA website and enter in his N-number. The site will return the date that re-registration is needed.

Runway Repair: Wayne Deckard commented that the runway repair is looking good. Wayne reminded the members that five (5) clicks turns on the runway lights for night operation.

January Christmas Party: Steve McClure commented that the Green Street Station restaurant asked that the club narrow down the main courses to about four choices. Chad Williams motioned that Steve and Eileen McClure make the choices. All voted in favor.

Fuel: Chad Williams mentioned that the club is currently out of fuel. He stated that a new load of fuel as been ordered.

Earl Brosman reported that the Hamilton County Co-Op has auto gasoline without alcohol and asked if the club would be interested in bringing it in. The club would need a way to measure it. Wayne Deckard asked if the club would be interested in spending the money to make our 300-gallon tank available for storing alcohol-free gas for club use? Wayne Deckard made a motion that we buy a flow valve and longer hoses, making the alcohol-free fuel available in the spring of 2011. He also commented that the club would need to move the fuel tank and have a ground clamp installed. Tom Rich volunteered to work on the flow meter and can also help with the hose.

TFR Alerts: Chuck Leucht alerted the club that President Obama is expected to be in the Kokomo area on Wednesday and reminded pilots to check for TFRs.

Facilities Maintenance: Chad Williams reported that the water hose is turned off and drained for the winter.

Treasurer's Report: Chad Williams reported that the club has $3,870.57 in the checking account balance.

Maintenance Hangar Utilization: Earl Brosman proposed offering a check for $200 for his recent use of the maintenance hangar. The club accepted the offer.
