Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:05 p.m.

Vermin Control: Earl Brosman left some mouse traps and bait in the Operations Building, members may use them for free. Some members are having trouble with chipmunks, who eat plastic parts in aircraft. Wayne Deckard reported that chipmunks will be active until Christmas so keep an eye open for chipmunk damage.

Autumn Safety Report: Check ropes and tiesdown on airplanes. Check down the row to be sure that no one else's airplane can come loose and damage others. Also check trash cans to see that they are secured and won't blow around during a heavy wind.

Aircraft Transaction: "Casket carrier" Cessna 182 on the back row has reportedly been sold; owner is in arrears on hangar rent. Please call Wayne Deckard or Chad Williams if anyone attempts to move it. The club need to collect the past due rents before it leaves the property. Charles Westerfield is looking to sell his airplanes; contact Chad Williams for information.

Hangars Available: One corner hangar and three non-corner hangars are available for quick occupancy.

Property Winterization: Maintenance hangar needs pipes drained of water by month end. The outside hose needs to be moved inside and hooked to internal spigot for those who want to wash their airplanes.

Lease Update: Wayne Deckard talked to the property owners, who are putting together another two-year lease for the club. They have also been talking about getting the buildings painted next year.

Lawn Equipment Report: Steve McClure has the Ford tractor running well. The Ford is using the finish mower, which has sharpened blades. The International tractor will be working but it has no power steering.

Snow Plow Report: Steve McClure reports that the dump truck in good working condition but has no ballast in the bed for snow plowing. Wayne Deckard recommended that we go to IMI for one or two buckets of crushed driveway stone, which can be re-used stone in the spring. McClure volunteered to pick up the stone. Gene Hollingsworth reported that the small snow plow blade for the Ford tractor is still on the property and should be useful for clearing the smaller areas. Wayne Deckard asked that we wait until mowing season is over before setting up the blade. Steve McClure added that we have probably mowed for the last time this year.

Christmas Party Report: Eileen McClure has reserved the private room at Green Street Station for third Saturday in January. Steve reports that the club can cancel if we want to do something else. Wayne Deckard would like to go somewhere where the club can pay for dinner. He would like to see more people excited about the club. John Saalwaechter said that we need to ask non-participating members why they don't come, would they be interested in coming if the club paid for dinner. He added that the Christmas Party should get spouses involved.

Treasurer's Report: Chad Williams forwarded a report prior to the meeting that the club's cash assets are $4,881.92 in the checking account and $5,024.24 in savings. Our aging receivables are $6,944.44, and our payables to Brentco are $8,467.80. Michael Mossman will be writing members with past due bills and attempt to catch up on receivables. John Saalwaechter motioned that the club post all deliquent accounts on the bulletin board.

Motion to Adjourn: Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Don Deckard seconded. Meeting adjourned.
