Safety Notes: The FAA has published a NOTAM for the Super Bowl. There will also be a TFR during the game. Many of the airports around the Indianapolis area will have temporary control towers. Be sure to call Flight Service if you intend to fly that day or anytime during the week before the game. We will have a copy of the NOTAM posted in the Operations Building.
Fuel: We now have 100LL aviation fuel available to club members. The price for the current load is $4.65 per gallon; we will keep this price for this load until the airport is full.
Hangar Availability: We have four open hangars available.
Equipment Maintenance: Steve McClure has done a lot of work on the dump truck and tractors, getting them ready for winter.
Treasurer's Report: Chad Wiiliams reported that all of the club's financial records are up to date on QuickBooks. Account balances are $5,518.20 in checking and $1,024.68 in savings. These are actual balances with no funds held in reserve for fuel owed.
Adjournment: Wayne Deckard informally adjourned the meeting, which was followed by the annual Christmas Dinner.
