Wayne Deckard brought the meeting to order at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Animal Control: Wayne Deckard discussed a product available from Bane Equipment in Lebanon called "Fresh Cab;" it repels rodents by odor, which is not noticable by humans. Price is $13.64 for four packages. Instructions say to change every 30 days.

Property Damage: Wind has damaged the lean-to holding the property maintenance equipment and the wall behind Jay Schaumberg's hangar. We will need to dig two post holes for the posts, then use lag botls to attach the walls back to the building. Some of the roof will need to be repaired, some panels to be replaced. Tentative repairs scheduled for Saturday, March 24. The electrical panel for the building has also been damaged.

Maintenance Hangar: Jay Schaumberg's Beech Sierra will remain in the maintenance hangar until his hangar can be repaired. If anyone needs the maintenance hangar, they can move him out for the day. It will need to be tied down on the ramp.

Equipment Report: The Ford tractor is now running well and has been used to mow the grass around the buildings. It is in need of four tires, which are estimated to cost $890 plus mounting. The International tractor needs carburetor work and an ignition key. It is also very difficult to steer and doesn't have its own mower deck. Some members thought that the club should consider asking the property ownes if they would trade it for something more useful.

Property Maintenance: Steve McClure reports that Herr Elevator has a product called Bussaner for clearing weeds around fence rows and across the ramp; it sterilizes the soil. We have previosuly been using a generic Round-up that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Adjournment: Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Chuck Leucht seconded. All voted in favor of adjournment.
