Club President Chad Williams brought the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

Ramp Aircraft Parking — The airport owner would like the non-operational aircraft moved from the ramp. The aircraft that are in arrears on outside storage rent will be moved to the back of the airport property.

Rent Collections — The airport owner has offered to loan to the club interest free the fees necessary to file suit on the owner of the Piper Aztec, which is seriously in arrears on rent. Chad Williams motioned that the club budget $1,000 for legal proceedings against the Aztec owner; Dick Gurley seconded. All voted in favor; none opposed.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $4,593.40; savings account balance is $9,031.76, fuel account balance is $4,929.16. Club income went down by $1,000 last month; we will need to get members current on rent. The mailbox was broken last month; if someone was contacted about being behind on rent their check might have been lost due to the broken mailbox. Year-to-date expenses are $106 over budget. We have spent almost $900 on equipment and parts.

Fuel Report — The club has used about 1,200 gallons of fuel. We have about half a load of fuel available.

Mower Report — If you are mowing during windy conditions or if the grass is deep it is easy for the mower air intake to get covered with grass and overheat or cause engine issues or belt issues. Be sure to keep the mower clean when using it.

Mowing Report — Earl Brosman has re-rolled the grass runway.

Club Equipment — Chad Williams motioned for the club to budget up to $400 to buy a blower to keep the mower cleaned, and also to use on the ramp and runway. Steve McClure seconded the motion. All voted in favor, none opposed. Last year the club bought a nice weedeater, which is comfortable to use and powerful. Since Charles Westerfield recommended the brand Earl Brosman says to contact Carles for the best brand.

Airport Chores — Chad Williams will send Michael Mossman a list of chores to be done around the airport. Michael will post a sign-up list in the operations building.

New Hangar — We have no information on when the new hangar will be open, availability of spaces or price of rent. The property owner is trying to get the electric work completed then the concrete would come later. When the hangar is completed the club will need to get the ramp swept of rocks.

Community Outreach — John Saalwaechter and Chuck Long flew Young Eagles plus several parents on Saturday, May 9. John would like for the club to host more Young Eagles events.

Adjournment — Steve McClure motioned to adjourn; Chad Williams seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
