Club Treasurer Dick Gurley brought the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $5,090.76, general savings account balance is $3,932.17, and the fuel account balance is $2,800.24. Revenues are about $5,800 behind this time last year. We also paid the lawyer handling the lawsuit $1,420.

Lawsuit Status — The defendant had written to the judge stating that he not only didn't own the aircraft, he also wasn't served. The judge denied the motion. The county sheriff now has the responsibility of selling the aircraft. The sheriff's department need to determine a value before it can be sold. The club will post a notice when the aircraft is finally offered for sale.

After-Christmas Holiday Party — The annual After-Christmas Holiday Party is scheduled for Saturday, January 16, 2016, in the evening. By consensus the members present decided to host the party at the Pit Stop Barbecue & Grill in Brownsburg IN. The restaurant has a private room that can hold more than 30 people, and is available that evening. Along with a regular entré and/or sandwich menu the restaurant has a Saturday evening buffet for $14.95. Michael Mossman will send out email reminders and a mailed invitation.

Business Plan — Dick Gurley presented the proposed 2016 budget and business plan to the members. The lease offered by the property owner has increased by $12,000 per year, largely due to the new hangar building. At the current occupancy rate the club would run a deficit of nearly $5,000 per year. The business plan contained an analysis of rent rates at neighboring airports to determine a competitive price for Boone County Airport hangar rents. Earl Brosman motioned that the club raise hangar rents by $10 per month for all hangars; Ray Rice seconded the motion. Michael Mossman amended the motion with the contingency that rent increases would be effective upon a signed lease agreement of two years or more. All present voted in favor; none opposed. The motion passed. Prior to the meeting club president Chad Williams presented the business plan to the property owner. Dick thanked the board for their work on the business plan.

Property Maintenance Equipment Report — Steve McClure reported that the mowing equipment will need some work before the next mowing season, mainly replacing worn belts and bearings. He intends to do the work over the winter.

EAA Recognition — Earl Brosman reported that a photograph of his Ercoupe appeared on page 54 of the December 2015 edition of EAA's Sport Aviation magazine.

Adjournment — Earl Brosman motioned to adjourn the meeting; Dennis Paradise seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
