Old Business — Report on fly-in

Membership Status — Earl Brosman reports that Michael Wheeler's airplane has not been on the field in a while. Michael Mossman will check on Wheeler's membership and tenancy status.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $8,946.93, fuel savings balance is $7,717.94. All bills are paid to date.

Club Elections — Due to multiple schedule conflicts the annual elections wil be postponed until the August 11, 2018 meeting. Most current officers and directors have volunteered to run for another term. To date no other members have announced any intention of running in the elections. Michael Mossman will mail out ballots to eligible voting members.

Upcoming Events — Michael Mossman announced the activities for the day and following week, then posted a list of upcoming aviation events.

AirVenture 2018 — Earl Brosman is taking his camper to Oshkosh this year and has invited club members to visit him and stay at his campsite during the week.

Next Meeting — The next regular meeting of the Boone County Airport Association is scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2018. The annual taildragger tour starts at 6I4 the same day, so the club meeting will begin immediately after the flying group has departed.

Taildragger Tour — The taildragger tour will rendezvous at Boone County Airport at about 7:30 a.m., and will meet for a flight briefing in the new hangar building. The club will need to have some space cleared out for them. The group will bring their own coffee and donuts; the club will need to provide some ground assistance with the event. Michael Mossman will bring a small sound system and video projector in case they need it.
