Treasurer's Report — (Per Dick Gurley email): Checking account balance is $6,604.86, fuel savings balance is $9,585.80. All bills are paid through the end of August. Propane prepaid for the next year. All expenses are on budget with the exception of the electricity. Biggest issue is hangar rents; we need to rent more hangars. The members present discussed the cash flow and monthly P&L; no action was taken on these items.
Club Elections — Ballots were tallied at the meeting for the annual club elections. 15 members voted in the elections. Results:
President: Ray Rice 13; Earl Brosman, 2
Next Meeting — The next regular meeting of the Boone County Airport Association is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2018, at 9 a.m.
Taildragger Tour — Due to the long-lasting fog over northern and central Indiana, especially over Boone County Airport, the taildragger tour did not start at the airport.
Adjournment — The informational meeting was adjourned.
