New Business — No new business was brought forward during the meeting

Dog Roast — Chuck Leucht reported that Pam bought all of the products for the annual Dog Roast. We will be setting up the food in the maintenance hangar, as the heater is working. Chuck will organize a crew to clean the hangar and set up tables. Gene Hollingsworth brought firewood.

Treasurer's Report — $4,264.02 in the checking account, $4,731.33 in the fuel savings account. Cash flow will be tight at the end of the year, as our hangar census is low. We have two new members, with another potential new member. The club has a full load of avgas available for members.

Hangar Rentals — The members informally discussed renting vacant hangars for winter storage of boats, campers, etc. It could potentially draw more new members. The proposal was received favorably, however, no action was taken.

Mowing Report — The Dixie Chopper mower needs a new engine. Tom Rich brought a mower from home and has promised to finish the trim mowing for the rest of the year. Tom can get a new replacement mower engine that is better than what came on the Dixie Chopper. The club decided to postpone any action on the mower until spring.

Snow Removal Report — The club currently does not have any equipment for snow removal; we will need to have a discussion with the airport owner about snow removal this winter.

ADSB Report — The $500 rebate for ADSB installations is again available.
