Acceptance of Minutes — The November 2018 meeting minutes were approved by an informal vote.

Fuel System Report — Earl Brosman bought a new fuel meter for the hose and installed it. The cost was $105. Readings on the meter are withing 5%, which is useful for estimating. The meter on the fuel pump is spot on but the hose sometimes leask back a tiny amount.

Fuel Report — The club still have avgas available but it is running low. We are currently out of auto fuel and will wait until spring to buy more, as only two planes are using auto fuel. Michael Mossman to send out an email asking if any members need auto fuel before spring.

Maintenance Hangar Usage — Steve Acton has had his aircraft in the maintenance hangar for two and a half months. Dick Gurley will send him a letter advising him of the on-going charges. Gary Hunter is looking to use the maintenance hangar to do an annual on his airplane. Mark Rinehart would also like to use it to winterize his airplane.

ADSB Out Report — John Saalwaechter showed a kit that replaces an aircraft's wingtip lights with LEDs and provides ADSB-Out. He mentioned that the FAA still has about 7,000 ADBS rebates available. John also showed an old device used to draw the air out of a crankcase to prevent corrosion.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $892.96, fuel savings account balance is $7,688.01. All bills are paid to date. The club is running low on cash, as we are about $7,000 under budget for rent collections after expenses. Additionally, this year the club owed $300 in federal income tax on fuel sales. Two members are overdue with rents. Michael Mossman to send rent reminder letters.

Alternative Hangar Use — Ray Rice reported that there was no interest from anyone for renting a hangar for boat or camper over-winter storage.

Holiday Party Plans — The annual Holiday Party has been confirmed for Matt Kriech's Wabash Brewing on the northwest side of Indianapolis for Saturday evening, January 12, 2019. All club members, their guests, and club alumni are invited. Cost for the dinner to be determined.

Club Aircraft — Don Geisler's Cherokee 180 will be available as a partership airplane. Costs to be determined.

Other Discussions — Ray Rice asked if bringing an EAA chapter to the field would help with usage and membership. Michael Mossman to ask EAA Chapter 1311 at Hendricks County Airport to see if they have any interest in re-locating.

Next Meeting — Saturday, January 12, 2019, concurrent with the annual Holiday Party.

Adjournment — Ray Rice adjourned the meeting at 10:09 a.m.
