Treasurer's Report — Dick Gurley reports that the club has $4,060.73 in the checking account and $10,685.53 in the fuel savings account. All bills are paid to date and the club will close out the year in the black.
Adjournment — After dinner and the "White Elephant" gift exchange, Matt Kriech adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:00 p.m.

The club held its December meeting concurrent with the annual Holiday Party at Wabash Brewing in Indianapolis. Club president Matt Kriech called the business meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. following an invocation by Chuck Leucht.
