Discussion Sypnosis — The sole fuel pump for the 100LL avgas is not working. Earl Brosman has attempted to locate someone who can fix it. A technician from Gasoline Equipment reported that the pump is too old to repair and recommended a replacement. Earl presented the club with a quote for a used Tokheim pump priced at $1,000, plus installation to be billed at $75 per hour. At the January 11, 2020 regular BCAA meeting the group voted to pay back $5,000 of the fuel loan of $10,000. As of the board of directors meeting the checks have not yet been written.

Treasurer's Report — The club has $5,150 in the fuel account after we paid $5,890 for 1,600 gallons of fuel.

Resolution — Dick Gurley motioned that the club hold back approximately $1,500 of the money allocated for repayment of the loans and buy the fuel pump. The price for fuel will be set at $4.50 per gallon for this load to help pay back some more of the remaining debt. John Saalwaechter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.

Other Business — Earl Brosman noted that the laws governing underground fuel tanks will change next year; the tanks will have to be inspected by a certified technician every month. On another note, the property owner has promised to reduce the monthly airport rent but no numbers have been offered.
