With a quorum declared club president Matt Kriech brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and led a roundtable introduction of members and guests.

Old Business — The fuel pump has been installed and is full operational. The club paid for the pump out of the fuels fund.

Property Rent — Ray Rice has been trying to close out the year by re-negotiating the rent but no deal has been completed yet.

Equipment Report — Earl Brosman and Mark Poliak will get the mowing equipment ready for the spring mowing season. The American flag needs to be replaced. Six runway lights need to be replaced. Maintenance Hangar lights need to be replaced. Michael Mossman brought two working 48-inch fluorescent fixtures for the maintenance hangar.

Mowing Report — Spring is nearly here and the club will need to re-start mowing the property. Most of the mowing work is nearly covered by volunteers and hired assistance but we may still need some more volunteers. We will need volunteers to do the spin trimming; we have two working trimmers.

Property Maintenance Report — The club will need to spray weed killer in the cracks of the runway and ramp every few weeks or so. The runway will need for the rocks to be cleaned off. We have a backpack blower that can be used. Earl Brosman would like to organize a crew to bring out blowers and do the runway all at once. The runway needs the cracks and seams sealed. Mark Poliak hs a friend that may be able to loan a hot tar seal pot. The grass runway will need to be rolled. Earl with ask John Saalwaechter if we can use his Tracker vehicle for rolling the runway. Earl would also like for the club to run an edger along both sides of the runway.

Hangars Report — The hangars are relatively clean; members are asked to haul out their trash regularly as the airport no longer has trash pickup. The club has seven hangar spaces available for rent.

Airport Clean-up Day — Scheduled for Saturday, April 18. Club would have brief business meeting then members would tackle various clean-up jobs. Earl Brosman will post a list of jobs.

Local Events — Purdue University cancelled their Aviation Day due to the coronovirus. Westfield Airport's pancake breakfast is April 25.

Fuel Report — High-octane mogas is $3.50 per gallon for members. On the "new" avgas pump the purchase totals number is on the north end of the pump. The electronic meter might need a replacement backup battery. We swapped the filling nozzle, and may need to get a new nozzle.

Treasurer's Report — Checking Account balance is $9,733.83; fuel savings balance is $5,150.83. After paying $1,617 for the fuel pumo and distributing $2,500 for the fuel loan, the fuel savings acount has a current balance of $1,033.14. The only unusual expense was $485 for welding and repairs on the maintenance hangar door tracks. The financial reports are posted on the club bulletin board.

First Adjournment — Matt Kriech motioned to adjourn; Mark Poliak seconded; the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Due to a new discussion about new club rules, the meeting was re-opened.

New Club Rules Proposal — The club held an informal discussion about a proposed rule change allowing associate members to buy fuel. Michael Mossman recommended consulting with Dick Gurley about the logistics of additional fuel purchasers, especially about the need to collect from people who are not based on the field. An additional brief discussion was held about electronic payment methods.

Second Adjournment — Matt Kriech motioned to re-adjourn; Mark Poliak seconded. The meeting was officially adourned.
