Due to social distancing requirements because of the coronavirus, Dick Gurley hosted on-line attendance via Zoom. With a quorum declared, club president Matt Kriech brought the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Old Business — Michael Mossman reported that all regional aviation activities in the near term have been cancelled. BCAA cancelled its airport clean up day.

Airport Lease — Matt Kriech reported that the club has an updated lease agreement with a three-year term, subject to renewal. Nothing has been changed except the monthly rent has been reduced from $2,800 to $2,500 per month. The rent reduction will help with the shortfall and makes the club closer to break-even. Matt gave the club's thanks to Ray Rice for negotiating the lease, and to Don Geisler for appreciating the club's situation.

Treasurer's Report — Checking Account balance is $13,003.05; Fuel savings balance is $1,013.14. Most members are current on rent. Typical for this time of year, many members have paid ahead on rent, which makes the balances look a little better than they really are. One member is behind for several months; Michael Mossman will contact him about catching up. Treasurer Dick Gurley thanked Mark Poliak for bringing the checks and helpding to keep him up to date during the social distancing restrictions.

Fuel System Report — Earl Brosman reported that the instructions for avgas are on the fuel pump. The memory back-up battery does not work so the pump will be powered at all times. Earl will get a padlock for the fuel pump, distribute keys and publish a new procedure for buying fuel. Current avgas price is $4.50 per gallon.

New Members — Steve Rasmussen joined the club prior to the May meeting and will be bringing a Cirrus SR20 to the field after Memorial Day.

Property Maintenance Report — Mark Poliak, his nephews and Earl Brosman have the routine maintenance under control and do not need a clean-up day this year. The runway needs the center line repainted. Matt Kriech would like to do a tar pot day to seal the runway cracks. Earl says that Mark knows someone that will load us a tar pot. Several members have already volunteers to help seal the cracks. The wind sock on the maintenance hangaris leaning; Matt Kriech volunteered to fix it.

Adjournment — Dick Gurley moved to adjourn; Matt Kriech seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
