Due to social distancing requirements because of the coronavirus, Dick Gurley hosted on-line attendance via Zoom. With a quorum declared, club president Matt Kriech brought the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

Thanks and Recognitions — Earl Brosman and Mark Poliak have been couriering the mail and checks to Dick Gurley. Mark has been working with the two young guys who have been mowing. Michael Mossman hired a woman to clean the operations building.

Old Business — None reported.

New Business — Flight Services needs an updated report on who is allowed to update the airport's status. Earl Brosman will file the update.

Financial Report — Checking account balance is $12,456.73; Fuel savings balance is $1,316.02. The club just paid two bills from the fuel savings account for nearly $400 on repairs to the "new" fuel pump. No members in serious arrears for rent or fuel. The club has a credit due on the fuel. Sheets for fuel and rents due are posted in the office.

New Members — New member Steve Rasmussen brought his Cirrus to the field. Old member Michael Wheeler has left the field and his airplane is reported to be sold.

Mowing — Mark Poliak and the two boys are mowing on Thursday afternoons, using a time sheet. Mowing costs about $150 per month. The club can still use volunteers to do the trimming and mowing. When the boys don't get it finished in the evening they have to leave it uncompleted. Don Geisler is still doing the main mowing.

Hangar Report — Earl Brosman reports that the club has eight empty rentable hangars, plus three more used for storage, for a total of 11 not generating revenue. The club does not have a hangar that is a good prospect for installing doors. The best hangar is the north hangar, which is low and would likely fit only Cessna 150-sized aircraft.

Fuel Pump Report — The fuel pump will remain powered to keep the standby battery charged. The pump was previously programmed incorrectly; Earl Brosman found a programming guide on the internet and corrected it. Fuel users can now read the numbers direct off of the LCD, including the price, which is currently set at $4.50 per gallon. Earl has locks on order for the fuel pump, mogas pump and lawn mowers. Anyone needing to buy fuel or use a mower should contact Earl to get the unlocking procedure.

Airport Activities — A private fly-in tentatively scheduled for the airport sometime in August. No club input is anticipated.

Concessions Report — Earl Brosman brought ice cream and sodas for the operations building. Dick Gurley reported that the club is about $150 ahead for the year in concessions sales.

Aircraft Projects Report — Matt Kriech reports that the rebuilt engine for his Cessna 150 will be delivered next Thursday. Once it arrives the owners will start reassembling the airplane.

Runway Report — Earl Brosman reports that the runway has approximately 11,000 feet of cracks to seal. He will call to see if the club can rent a sealing machine. Do-it-yourself sealing is estimated to cost about $3,000, and the club will need to wirebursh all of the cracks. Alternatively, the cracks can be cleaned with an edger equipped with wire brushes. The runway will have to be closed during the cleaning and re-sealing. Matt Kriech will talk with Don Geisler about options for repairing the runway. The grass runway has been mowed and rolled all the way to the north end. It is a little rough but OK for the Ercoupe.

Powered Parachute Report — Zack Cassels generated a document for powered parachute operations, based on FAA guidelines. The guidelines from his document are intended to reduce the footprint and increase the safety of the powered parachute operations. Michael Mossman will build a link to the document on the club's website

Adjournment — Dick Gurley moved to adjourn; Matt Kriech seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m. EDT
