Due to social distancing requirements because of the coronavirus, Dick Gurley hosted on-line attendance via Zoom. With no quorum available, an informational meeting was led by treasurer Dick Gurley starting at 7:05 p.m. EDT

Volunteer Thanks — Mark Poliak offered the club's thanks via text to whoever cleaned the restrooms and kitchen area. The rust stains were gone and the areas look nice. Several members commented on the appearance.

Runway Inspection — Earl Brosman reports that INDOT plans on inspecting the runway during July. Earl will check for broken lights and make necessary repairs or replacements.

Runway Repairs — Monty Bolinger reports that a guy in Sheridan has a contracting company with a Bobcat and rotary broom that is willing to sweep the runway and taxiway for his costs. Monty has volunteered to get the contact information. Earl Brosman estimated that fixing the cracks in the runway wil cost about $3,000 and 100 hours of hard volunteer labor.

Activities — Monty Bolinger noted that during the regular week of the cancelled AirVenture, several of the local EAA chapters and CAA chapteers will be doing events with daily fly-ins, breakfasts and/or lunches, seminars and aerobatics. Monty will send the information to Michael Mossman for inclusion in the club email newsletter.

Treasurer's Report — Dick Gurley reports the club has $12,053.52 in the checking accunt and $1,597.15 in fuel savings. Fuel savings is down because of purchase and repairs of the new fuel pump, plus the club paid back part of the fuel loan. No members are in serious arrears with fuel or rents; there was some confusion with some tenants in building 3 and 4, and monies are being re-posted to clear up those issues. The club has no outstanding debts.

Property Maintenance — Earl Brosman reports that as of meeting date the club is caught up with property maintenance. Earl has a list of things that are not urgent but need to be done. Anyone with some volunteer time available should check with Earl.

Mowing Report — Earl Brosman reports that the transmission on the John Deere mower needs to be replaced at a cost of $2,000. John Deere does not sell replacement parts, only whole transmissions.

Hangar Report — Earl Brosman will post on the bulletin board a chart for individual hangars and asked that members check it for accuracy.

Election Results — Due to conducting the meeting via Zoom Michael Mossman was unable to total all of the ballots so the results until after the meeting. With 10 ballots received by meeting time, the results are: Matt Kriech, president, 10 votes; Ray Rice, vice president, 10 votes; Dick Gurley, treasurer, 10 votes; Michael Mossman, secretary, 10 votes; Earl Brosman, Chuck Leucht, John Saalwaechter, director(s), 10 votes each. There were no write-in candidates this year. The election results will be included in the next club email newsletter.
