Club president Matt Kriech brought the meeting to order at approximtely 7:02 p.m.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $6,315.43; fuel savings balance is $565.78. In the past year the club has paid back $2,500 of the original $10,000 fuel loan, plus the on-going 5% interest. All bills are paid. Earl Brosman rented three hangars at his special deal. Club tax returns are filed and accepted with no taxes owed. The maintenance hangar generated no revenue this year although several aircraft have used it. Several members are two or more months behind on rent and/or avgas purchases. Dick further reports that PNC Bank has changed their fee structure for bank acounts, so the club will move the accounts to Old National Bank. Michael Mossman will need to assist with the paperwork for the new checking and savings accounts.

Fuel Report — Avgas is currently $3.95 per gallon and auto fuel is $3.00 per gallon. Earl Brosman recommend raising the price of all fuels by 50 cents per gallon. Matt Kriech motioned to reset the prices to $4.50 and $3.50 respectively; Earl Brosman seconded. All voted in favor, the motion passed.

Maintenance Hangar — Since the maintenance hangar has not generated any revenue this past year, Dick Gurley would like for the club to rent it at $250 per month. Earl Brosman reports that three or more new members will be coming in that will need access to the room for restoration work and asked that we table the idea for at least one month.

New Business — Earl Brosman has an opportunity to rent unused hangar space in the equipment storage building to some airport neighbors who need to store trailers. The building is not in good enough condition for storing aircraft. One of the neighbors has a 72-inch mower and would like to volunteer mowing the property. Matt Kriech recommended that Earl make a fair offer; Earl will attempt to negotiate a deal.

Snow Plowing — John Saalwaechter will bring out his Tracker car for light snow plowing; his plow is currently stored in the maintenance hangar. The Tracker is OK for 2-3 inches of snow; for deeper snow the club will need to call someone with a truck or tractor. The general consensus is if the snow is deep we will close the field until the runway is clear; we do not have enough transient traffic to justify the expense. The club will post with the FAA that the runway is not plowed. If a club member needs to come in they can call us to get the runway cleared.

Christmas Party — Due to coronavirus nothing is scheduled, and it is not likely that we will have one this year. Matt says his brewery is still open and if anyone wants to come in he will pour beer but the demand is not high.

New Ratings — Matt Kriech received is CFI rating the week of the meeting. Gary Hunter reports that Karen Rieger does not have her license yet; her CFI is afraid to get in the cockpit due to COVID 19 risk. Matt Kriech says he is available to help her get it finished.

Adjournment — Matt Kriech motioned to adjourn; Mark Poliak seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m. EST.
