Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $14,504.39, fuel savings balance is $2,874.13. All bills to date are paid. Sheets for rents and fuel are posted on wall; 2020 rent shows what is not paid. IRS has not responded to Dick Gurley's letter confirming our not for profit status so he is unable to move accounts to PNC bank. The club has not yet seen the bill for the deductible on Steve McClure's airplane so that has not been paid. As in the year's past the club is cash rich at the beginning of the year due to many members paying rent in advance. The mower has been fixed; it just needed fluids changed. John Saalwaechter offered to pay for it. Just a few members are behind on rents; Michael Mossman to send out letters.

Property Maintenance — Earl Brosman reports that there are a few things to fix but nothing urgent, and it's too cold out right now. Earl will take care of them or post a list when the weather is warmer. Among items that will be posted is fixing the roof on one of the hangars. Earl will bait the mouse traps and put out poisons.

Old Business: Paramotor Fly-In — Jason Dodd was targeting Labor Day weekend for a projected paramotor fly-in but has since discovered that there is at least one other major event that day. He requested that the club permit a paramotor event on the weekend of August 20-22. Matt Kriech noted no known conflicts and is OK with the dates. Matt plans on putting together a training plan to be held in the spring that would encompass rules for paragliders nd pilots.. Ray Rice stated that Mark Poliak was a paraglider and used to do some training. They would like to host a seminar at the event in August. Jason Dodd will see how the local interest is in the event before committing to three days.

Adjournment — Dick Gurley motioned to adjourn; Ray Rice seconded; the meeting was adjourned at 7:28 p.m. EST by Matt Kriech.
