All bills to date are paid; account balance sheets are posted on the wall, and no unusual expenses to date are noted. Dick Gurley and Michael Mossman are workng to collect some rents in arrears. When asked if the club might be able to pay down some of the fuel loans, Dick Gurley recommended waiting to see the fuel invoice.

Fuel Report — Earl Brosman ordered avgas; the club won't know the price until it is delivered. Current price is $4.50; we anticipate a price increase. Earl recomended setting the pump price at 50 cents over cost. No motion made; the club will set the price as per policy. Earl ordered mogas on the meeting date.

Club Elections — The club's annual elections of officers and directors will take place at the July 2021 meeting. Any member in good standing is invited and encouraged to run for a position. The club is especially looking for a candidate for Treasurer, as Dick Gurley will be stepping down at the end of the term. Dick has offered to let a candidate operate in parallel with him for the next couple of months to train for the job. Matt Kriech offered the club's thanks for Dick's years of service.

Associate Member Status — Only one associate member has paid dues for the 2021 year. Michael Mossman to send a letter to associate members to pay dues. The rate is $60 per year, after the $50 one-time initiation fee.

New Business — Matt Kriech offered the club's thanks to the members and volunteers who participated in the clean-up day, staying with the list and getting some things fixed up. Matt also thanked Park Poliak for leading thr PPG / GA pilot training session.

Club Events — The next PPG event is in August; the club will need to get the actual date finalized so we can advertise to members. Matt Kriech is interested in the club hosting a GA fly-in. Michael Mossman will update the regional fly-in calendar so we can pick a date that does not compete with any other local events.

Building Maintenance — Earl Brosman found a deal for 200+ gallons of professional paint, already tinted to nearly the same color as the new buildings. Anyone interested in volunteering for a painting shift should contact Earl. We will pick a weekend to paint; we will pressure wash the buildings before painting. Aircraft owners will need to move their planes out or give the club permission to move them. Michael Mossman motioned to reimburse Earl $1200 for the paint; Earl Brosman seconded.

Club Equipment Report — Earl Brosman reports the club needs at least three new trash barrels for the burn pile, potentially five. Kevin Secco says he can get some for free. Ray Rice recommended the club contact Don Geisler for his assistance, as he may be able to move the barrels with a front loader.

Runway Maintenance — Matt Kriech took photos of the runway and sent them to someone within his company for advice on the best way to preserve it as long as we can. The club does not have an option for replacement; we will need to maintain it as long as we can.

Adjournment — Matt Kriech motioned to adjourn; Earl Brosman seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m. EDT.
