Treasurer's Report — Balances: $6,967.61 in checking, $135.33 in fuel savings. Fuel cost for 1,500 gallons will be about $9,000. Sell price for members will be $6.77 per gallon, which includes the fuel upcharge. Amount owed by members for fuel is $4,029.44, fuel bills need to be caught up. Only a few members are in arrears on hangar rent; Michael Mossman to send out emails or letters asked them to get caught up. Maintenance fees voted upon at the previous meeting could be added to monthly rent, or just collected at the end of the year. Chuck Long's preference would be for members to make a one-time check for the rest of the year. Next year we will just roll the maintenance fee into the monthly rents. Chuck is OK with squaring up at the end of the year.

Hangar Repairs — Earl Brosman reports that Reese is willing to paint the hangars with a brush and roller. Earl wants to hire him for a trial run on half of a hangar to see how fast it goes. Chuck Long motioned to authorize the painting, not to exceed 80 hours; Earl Brosman seconded, with the painting limited to the hangar exteriors. All voted in favor, none opposed. Motion passed. The roofs on a couple of hangars need to be fixed and should be done by a professional. Kevin Hoffer has a line on a company that might be able to do it and will contact them. Earl Brosman reports that Jason Dodd might be able to get a crew together to do the work. The club will need to get some estimates but will need to be caught up on collections before the work can be started. Some of the hangars will need some timbers replaced. Jay Schaumberg donated about 10 timbers; Earl Brosman will ask Don Geisler for some assistance. Reese has already painted Jay's timbers prior to replacement.

PPG Event Report — The committee for the powered paraglider event planned for August was not present, but Earl Brosman reported that the group had a meeting two weeks prior, and Earl is on the discussion group. Last year the PPG club handled the event by themselves and it went well. Earl further reported that the FAA would like to make a "friendly" visit to learn more about PPG.

Fly-in/Car Show Event Report — No committee report or other action on the event planned for later September was offered. Earl Brosman thinks there is not enough time to organize it. Bert Fetzer, who was spearheading the event, has not mentioned it to Earl. Michael Mossman motioned to postpone the event to next year to see if there is any interest; Chuck Long seconded. All voted in favor. Motion passed.

Oshskosh Report — Earl Brosman will take his camper to Oshkosh early and will stake out a spot. He will be able to reserve extra space for more campers. The closest entrance will be by the ultralight area. Members can camp with Earl in the extra space. Chuck Long offered to fly to Oshkosh with anyone interested in going up.

Property Maintenance Report - Earl Brosman reports that the mowing and weeds have been taken care of, and Reese blew the debris off of the runway, then will clean the ramp and taxiway next. Earl will report Reese's hours to Chuck Long so the club can pay him. Most urgent maintenance item is mowing, weeds and runway debris. The office will need to be cleaned once a month.

Fuel Report — The club has 91 octane auto gas; price is $4.70 per gallon. Two members (so far) have STCs for auto fuel and are using the auto gas.
