Treasurer's Report — Checking Account balance is $7,812.19; Fuel Savings balance is $135.33. The club bought 200 gallons of mogas, plus the following bills that have not yet been paid: $347 to fix the dispenser, $2,200 for the fuel pump, and John Saalwaechter as some more expenses on the mower(s) to turn in. Treasurer Chuck Long says the club need to hold the line on expenses until the cash gets repleted.

Building Repair and Maintenance — Earl Brosman has not heard back from Reese Dodd on painting one of the hangars. Matt Kriech or Ray Rice told Earl to go ahead and fix the roof on the three northernmost hangar buildings, at a quoted price of $2,200.

Membership Changes — The club has a new member but has not yet filled out a membership application. Tim Aliff left the club efective September 1. Tim intends to repair his aircraft at home then bring it back to the field.

EAA Chapter 1311 Report — No members from the EAA Chapter 1311 were at the meeting, but the chapter is still not officially transferred. The club needs to reach out to provide help in promoting the chapter, and also lend some assistance in getting it started.

Young Eagles Update — Mark Poliak led a brief discussion of the Young Eagles program and read aloud the pilot requirements from the EAA website.

100 No-Lead Report — The club held an informal discussion about the availability of 100 no-lead aviation fuel.

Paramotor Event Report — About 35-40 people came to the event; the organizing group planned the event and took care of the logistics themselves, then donated $300 to the club. After the event they cleaned up the property and did not have any reported incidents. Earl Brosman will hold a discussion with the paramotor operators about not setting up in the actual grass runway. The club also approach more of the paramotor operators and ask them to join as associate members to help support the costs of keeping the grass area open for them.

Fuel System Report — The club has a new fuel pump for 100 LL. Members buying fuel have been notified by phone of the procedures. Fuel buyers should record the fuel purchase on the clip board using the numbers on the mechanical gauge, not from the electronic gauge on the hose. Members are also reminded to turn off the fuel system when finished refuelling their aircraft.

Adjournment — The meeting was informally adjourned at 8:29 p.m. EDT.
