Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $1,322.03, fuel savings balance is $2,915.29. The club has about 200 gallons of fuel in the tank and needs to order more. Fuel receivables are $5,443.42; Michael Mossman will send emails to all members who owe for fuel and ask that they catch on on their bills so the club will have enough cash on hand for a load of fuel. Additionally, several members are behind on hangar rental payments; Michael Mossman will reach out to them, too.

The meeting was held concurrent with the annual Christmas Party at Wabash Brewing in Indianapolis, IN. Dinner was catered by Squealer's Barbecue in Indianapolis. After dinner the guests held a White Elephant gift exchange.
