Approval of Minutes — With no changes or additions required, Jason Dodd motioned to approve the minutes from the July 13, 2023 meeting; Steve Koch seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.

Old Business — Fuel — Steve Koch didn't call Alternate Fuel in Clermont. Earl Brosman said Swift Fuel from Lafayette could be 94 octane and may have no-lead 100 LL substitute by the end of the year. Operators will need a $100 STC per airplane; Swift will deliver 1,500 gallons per load. Price is comparable to current 100 LL. Current club price for 100LL is $5.50 per gallon and no-alcohol nogas is $4.50 per gallon.

PPG Fly-In Report — Jay Schaumberg asked about event insurance and Jason Dodd said the insurance agent didn't give him a proposal so he will call again. Jason said registrations are up; 28 registered last year, and so far 43 have registered for this year. He expects sunny and dry weather. Set up is Thursday morning and can join at lunchtime. Expect 14 campers Thursday evening and other will add to the total. Portolets will be coming. Request to mow on Monday or Tuesday and Earl Brosman will call Chad Williams' boys to mow.

Runway Report — Runway markings need to be painted by next year and two runway lights need repaired and lowered. Earl would like rocks blown off of runway; Steve Koch will do it. John Saalwaechter's Tracker vehicle is available to the club to use as a snow plow (John donated the plow) and grass runway rolling; the club could insure and plate the vehicle for trips into town. Steve Koch asked for help painting runway markers. John Kindred, Jason Dodd and Mark Poliak and John Kaskel will help next Wednesday.

Hangar Tenancy Report — Small hangars were quoted to a PPG group at $80 each of $50 for a half each; two hangars are available. Two hangars are becoming empty: the Cessna Aerobat is sold but the owner/member is in Europe and the plane is still here. John Saalwaechter enclosed hangar is available at the end of the month. Earl Brosman feels that one of the hangars should go to the club. John Saalwaechter's and Khyler Holderbaum's hangars are available September 1. Khyler owes rent and Michael Mossman was sending a letter. Vincent Margiotta's 150 will be leaving for Texas and he wanted to make a Venmo payment; Michael said to send a check when returning. John Kindred is interested in an end hangars or the maintenance hangar. Jay Schaumberg mentioned that Chuck Leucht's old hangar will be available and for John Kindred or Jason Dodd to ask guy after Dylan Hartman for John Saalwaechter's hangar. Discussion if Michael could look if he had seniority list roster or make one.

Administration Report — The official number of the airport should be changed from Ray Rice to Earl Brosman or Steve Koch. He is leaving Sunday for three weeks. Airport Facility Directory phone number was discussed and a motion was made by John Kindred for make Earl Brosman's title Manager and list his phone number; Steve Koch seconded. Motion carries.

Treasurer's Report — Checking account balance is $3,697.78; fuel savings account balance is $4,944.12. A few people are behind in rent, but not major. Several people still owe for fuel; Michael Mossman will send them notices or has already contacted them. The club was $2,300 short in the fuel fund so the $0.50 is about right for expenses scuh as inspections and pump repairs. Josh Kaskel said with payments we should be in the black or close.

Lease Agreement Report — Jason Dodd motioned that the club re-sign the lease, which has the same terms as the 2020 lease; Steve Koch seconded the motion. Discussion was on the $100 per month increase. with the owner doing the mowing. The motion passed.
